All orders are sent by Royal Mail (tracked and signed).

Standard Delivery - £2.99 for all orders (approx. 3 to 5 working days)

Express Next Day (Mon-Fri)  - Orders must be placed before 2pm - £4.99

Special Next Day Saturday Delivery - Orders must be placed before 1pm on Friday - £9.50 (excludes bank holidays) 

Policy needed for non-mainland deliveries. Does this exclude NI?

EU

Orders over €150  - Free (approx. 4-6 working days)

Orders under €150 - €8 (approx. 4-6 working days)

All Other International Deliveries:

Orders over £200  - Free (approx. 7-10 working days)

Orders under £200  – £14 (approx. 7-10 working days)

Custom Duties & Taxes

All International Orders:

Countries outside the UK may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination. Unfortunately, we do not currently cover these costs. .

We use the UK's Royal Mail service as our chosen courier. Once Royal Mail delivers parcels to the recipient country's courier service, we can no longer take responsibility for the delivery. However, please be reassured that the vast majority of overseas packages arrive on time without a problem.

Parcel covers:

Most deliveries are covered up to £250 by Royal Mail. Customers can contact Royal Mail with tracking details to claim lost or damaged parcels. Please note, Moon London cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages..
