RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, plus another 7 days to send the item back.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn/unused
- Be in the original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Return requests made after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Items we can not accept for return:
- Earrings
- Personalised items
- Engraved items
- Bespoke or made-to-order items
How to Arrange a Return
- Email info@moonlondon.com to request your return.
- If accepted, we’ll send you the return address.
- Send your item back following the instructions provided below.
- Always keep proof of postage and tracking details, for both UK and International returns.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
UK Returns
- We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For or another tracked service.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive your item.
- Refunds will only be made if the item is returned in its original condition.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels, so please use a tracked service.
How to Return Your Item (UK Customers)
- Choose your preferred courier option. We recommend using the Royal Mail Signed For service. You can choose any other tracked delivery option.
- Print your shipping label and securely attach it to the front of your parcel, making sure to cover any old labels.

International Returns
- Please use a reliable tracked shipping service.
- Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your item.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels, so tracking is essential.
How to Return Your Item (International Customers)
- Choose your preferred courier option. Use tracked shipping only.
- Print your shipping label and securely attach it to the front of your parcel, making sure to cover any old labels.

Gifts
Gift returns must be made within the standard 14-day return request and 7-day shipping window and accompanied by the original receipt. Regular return policies apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order on arrival and contact us immediately at info@moonlondon.com if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please remember it can take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
